My football life

Getting over an injury

Getting over an injury sucks because you really have to keep a good attitude and still be there for the boys while you try to rest as much as you can to recoup. And watching all your boys practice and play without you really gets to you in a way that the team doesn’t need you to survive. It sucks to know that they can still put on a show without you but it is what it is you just got to get up and keep trying. And never push it to far because an injury can turn into a season gone and that is terrible sitting out all season sitting there like a stump.

Valuable Skills

Football can all be taught the things you need to be a good football player is a respect and discipline you don’t get to sit there and do what you love 100% of the time but its party of football you put in hard work all week long for the glory on Friday night under the lights with your whole team getting cheered on by the whole school it was erupting in that stadium. You have to learn to shut up and listen don’t talk back to your coaches and take there criticism it might not seem fair but in reality there helping you in everyway to better yourself.

Getting over football

This was the hardest one for me when I found out I was graduating I was super excited until I realized I would probably never play football again in my life and it hit me harder then any lineman. It is really bad knowing I wont get to suit up in my black grey and red but times change and so do people. Sometimes you just got to give some things up and football is going to be one of them try to find a new hobby ball hockey ice hockey maybe even football if your town has a adult league and if so you get to cherish the game until your body cant take it no more. With that being said this will be the last blog from me I hope you enjoyed and thank you very much.
